YASU KOI HOODIE GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is:

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Yasu Koi, members of their immediate household and anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must complete and submit the official Yasu Koi Hoodie Giveaway entry form on the Yasu Koi website during the promotional period.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
There is a maximum of one entry per person.
Duplicate entries may be removed from the draw.
Entries submitted using automated systems, bots, scripts or other methods designed to circumvent the entry restrictions may be disqualified.
4. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens on:

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
5. The Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive:
One Yasu Koi hoodie of their choice from the eligible hoodies available on the Yasu Koi website at the time the prize is claimed.
The winner may choose their preferred available design, colour and size.
The prize is subject to stock, colour and size availability.
If the winner's preferred hoodie is unavailable, the winner will be asked to select another available eligible hoodie.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.
The random selection will take place on or around [DRAW DATE].
Yasu Koi will use a verifiably random computer process to select the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their entry form.
We aim to contact the winner within [e.g. 3 working days] of the draw taking place.
The winner will be asked to confirm their eligibility and provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of their prize.
The winner must respond within 7 days of our first notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible or cannot provide the information reasonably required to fulfil the prize, Yasu Koi reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Receiving the Prize
Once the winner has confirmed their hoodie selection and supplied the required delivery details, Yasu Koi will arrange delivery to a valid UK address.
The prize will normally be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming their prize selection and delivery details, subject to availability.
There will be no charge to the winner for standard UK delivery of the prize.
9. Winner Information
In accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules, Yasu Koi may make available information demonstrating that a valid prize was awarded, which would ordinarily consist of the winner's surname and county.
Entrants may object to their surname and/or county being published or made available, or may request that the amount of information published is reduced.
Where required, Yasu Koi may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority.
10. Personal Information
Personal information supplied when entering the prize draw will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Information will be handled in accordance with the Yasu Koi Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Entering the prize draw does not require entrants to consent to receive marketing emails from Yasu Koi.
Where an entrant separately chooses to subscribe to Yasu Koi marketing communications, their information may also be used for that purpose in accordance with the consent they have provided.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
11. Disqualification
Yasu Koi reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has:
- breached these Terms & Conditions;
- submitted multiple entries;
- provided false or misleading information;
- attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process; or
- otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
12. Changes or Cancellation
Yasu Koi reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Where reasonably possible, Yasu Koi will seek to avoid disadvantaging entrants who have already entered legitimately.
13. Social Media
The prize draw may be promoted through social media.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
Entrants provide their information to Yasu Koi and not to those social media platforms.
14. Responsibility
Yasu Koi is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical faults, network failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants retain any mandatory rights they may have under the laws applicable to them.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
